Who better than seasoned automobile professionals who understand the current auto sales environment to oversee a successful F&I department?

F&I Guys was created out of the frustration and realization there must be a better way forward for F&I revenue production. We provide weekly F&I accountability to all partnered dealerships. Our dealers tell other dealers the relief in having F&I Guys manage the day to day operations in their finance departments. F&I Guys understands the dealer principle needs to work on their business, not in it. Mark would tell you his greatest strength comes through the empathy of being a fellow entrepreneur who is a trusted sounding board for dealer principles making critical operational decisions.

    Jason Gannon is a minority partner and lead trainer for F&I Guys. He has 17 years of industry experience. Jason brings with him a unique ability to train, coach, and mentor F&I Managers. Jason would tell you his greatest strength is fulfilling individual F&I Manager belief that they can achieve at the highest levels.

    Terry Peters has over 25 years of experience in the automotive business, 10 of those specializing in dealership development. He has a passion for coaching, assisting in dealership growth, and focusing on team engagement. Terry would tell you his greatest strength is his ability to connect with all personalities to cultivate success within an organization.

    Margo has over 10 years of management and customer service experience. She brings her Credit Union experience in the form of managing a collections and recovery team. Margo’s unique perspective paints a clear picture of the stressful financial complications that can occur when a consumer doesn’t take advantage of the protections that F&I products have to offer. She would tell you one of her greatest strengths is her Microsoft Excel expertise.

    Morgan is a recent college graduate with her BA in Business Management. Morgan previously worked in a restaurant management role where she multi-tasked daily, delivered exceptional customer service, and solved problems before they occurred. Having graduated in the time of a global pandemic, she would tell you one of her greatest strengths is being adaptable and flexible to the environment around her.

    Michael has 23 years of combined experience in automotive management ranging from F&I manager to GM for a large dealer group. He maintains strong working relationships with dealership partners throughout New England. Michael specializes in managing reinsurance positions, the development of lending relationships and assisting in dealers Property and Casualty Insurance policies. He would tell you that his greatest strength is listening and finding solutions that benefit his partners.
